ARGO S.A. is the guarantor of the goods he distributes. The devices are covered by a two-year warranty. The warranty does not apply in the case of natural wear of parts, i.e. knives, cutters, cutting pins.

2. PREPARING THE DEVICE TO TRANSPORT
The device should be prepared for transport, i.e. pack and attach to the package:
- complaint form
- copy of the proof of purchase
According to the warranty terms and instructions, the customer is responsible for the proper packing of the goods being complained about. Keep the original and complete packaging. In the case of handing over the device for repair in a non-original or incomplete packaging, the risk of damage in transport shall be borne by the purchaser. Replacement packaging should be adjusted as far as possible in terms of the volume of the product (device). The product should be protected on each side of the packaging by the use of filling materials such as styrofoam, bubble foil, paper, etc. It is recommended to label the shipment with stickers: “fragile”, “up / down”. It is in the buyer’s interest to make the best replacement packaging.
After receiving the complaint, Argo SA sends the forwarding agent to collect the device from the customer.
A confirmation with the name of the forwarding agent and the date of receipt will be sent to the e-mail address.
The transport costs are borne by Argo S.A.
AFTER WARRANTY REPAIR.
Hardware service provides post-warranty services for devices that are distributed by Argo S.A.
The device packed with a description of the fault, contact details should be sent to the following address:

A repair price will be sent to the provided contact details. Making of the valuation is free.
